Boost Your Immunity with Fire Cider

My fire cider recipe is below. I do not measure as the quantities I use depend on the size of the mason jar I'll be storing it in.


Apple cider vinegar

Apples

Garlic

Ginger

Cayenne pepper (ground)

Pure wildflower or clover honey

Whole turmeric root


Seal your mason jar and store in the refrigerator for several weeks until ready.
